Delete your TripTale account
TripTale users can request account and data deletion here, even if they no longer have the mobile app installed.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to support@triptale.ai from the email address connected to your TripTale account. If you cannot email from that address, include the account email in your message so we can verify ownership.
Suggested subject: Delete my TripTale account
Include: your TripTale account email and whether you want all associated trip data deleted.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your TripTale account profile.
- Your owned trips and trip metadata.
- Your memories, recordings, transcripts, story drafts, photos, and videos.
- Invite records and membership records associated with your account where applicable.
Viewer Access
If you are only a viewer on someone else's trip, deleting your account removes your viewer access. It does not delete the owner's trip or memories.
Retention
We process deletion requests after verifying account ownership. Some limited data may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records we are required to keep for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Subscriptions
TripTale beta currently does not offer paid subscriptions. If subscriptions are added later, cancellation steps will be listed here and inside the app.
