TripTale Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using TripTale during the mobile-first beta.
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Using TripTale
TripTale is a private travel memory app. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and use the app only for lawful purposes.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the trips, recordings, transcripts, stories, photos, videos, and other content you add to TripTale. You grant TripTale permission to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide the service, including showing it to viewers you invite.
Invited Viewers
Trip owners can invite viewers by email. Viewers may see the shared trip timeline and memories, but they cannot create, edit, or delete trip memories unless TripTale later adds a separate role with those permissions.
AI Drafts
TripTale may use AI services to transcribe recordings and create editable story drafts. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review drafts before relying on or sharing them.
Acceptable Use
Do not use TripTale to upload illegal content, infringe someone else's rights, harass others, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
Beta Availability
TripTale is an early product and may change over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product improves.
Account Closure
You can stop using TripTale at any time and request account deletion through the app or the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in a way that harms users, TripTale, or the service.
